Western Blot - Anti-IKK alpha (phospho Ser176/180) Antibody (A11024)

IKK alpha expression in HeLa cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with TNF-a (20 ng/ml) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-IKK alpha (Phospho S176/180) Antibody (A11024) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
