Anti-IL-10RA Antibody [1B1.3a] - BSA and Azide free
Description
Rat monoclonal [1B1.3a] antibody to IL-10RA.
Specificity
This antibody recognises mouse CDw210a, a cell surface glycoprotein of approximately 110 kDa, also known as Interleukin-10 receptor 1 (IL-10R1). The epitope recognized by this antibody has been localised to the ligand binding domain within the extracellular region of mouse CDw210a. Mouse CDw210a is expressed by a range of cells including thymocytes, T cells, B cells and monocytes. Rat anti Mouse CDw210a antibody, clone 1B1.3a is reported to neutralize the effects of IL-10.
