Western Blot - Anti-IL-12RB1 Antibody (A82689)

IL-12RB1 expression in Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-IL-12RB1 Antibody (A82689) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
