This antibody recognises dog interleukin-13 (IL-13).Dog interleukin-13 is an immunoregulatory cytokine produced by activated T lymphocytes. In dogs IL-13 is thought to have a regulatory role in allergic diseases. In in vitro experiments IL-13 was able to stimulate production of allergen-specific-IgE.
Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 0.09% Sodium Azide.
