Western blot confirmation of Opioid Receptor Kappa 1 (Kappa Opioid Receptor) in transfected HEK293 cells. Lysates from native HEK293 cells (MOCK) or cells stably expressing Kappa Opioid Receptor were probed with phosphorylation-independent anti-Kappa Opioid Receptor antibody (A334516) at 1:1000.
Dose-dependent phosphorylation analysis of Opioid Receptor Kappa 1 (Kappa Opioid Receptor) using phosphosite-specific antibodies. HEK293 cells stably expressing Kappa Opioid Receptor were untreated or exposed to 0.1 nM to 1 µM U50,488H for 30 min. Lysates were immunoblotted with anti-phospho Ser356/Thr357-Kappa Opioid Receptor or anti-phospho Thr363-Kappa Opioid Receptor antibodies at 1:1000 (upper panels). The blot was stripped and reprobed with phosphorylation-independent anti-Kappa Opioid Receptor antibody (A334516) at 1:1000 to confirm equal loading (lower panel).
