Anti-Langerin Antibody [2G3] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [2G3] antibody to Langerin (PE).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular/luminal epitope of CD207, a transmembrane protein selectively expressed by Langerhans cells and by some other dendritic cell subsets. This antibody clone can target vaccine-peptides to dendritic cells.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. Extracellular and intracellular staining.
