Western Blot - Anti-Mast Cell Chymase Antibody (A84581)

Mast Cell Chymase expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress FLAG tagged Mast Cell Chymase an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-Mast Cell Chymase Antibody (A84581) at 0.5µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-FLAG at 1:3000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-Mast Cell Chymase Antibody (A84581) at 1mg/ml (Lane B).

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-Mast Cell Chymase Antibody (A84581)

Mast Cell Chymase expression in Human Testis (Mast cells) analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-Mast Cell Chymase Antibody (A84581) at 1.5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
