Western Blot - Anti-MEK1 (phospho Ser298) Antibody [ARC1565] (A308195)

Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Anti-MEK1 (phospho Ser298) Antibody [ARC1565] (A308195) at 1:1,000 dilution. Both HeLa cells and C6 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37°C for 1 hour or treated by PMA (200 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1min.
