This antibody recognises a monomorphic determinant on the chicken B-L molecule, the chicken class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC).The level of B-L expression is reported to increase during the bursal phase of B cell differentiation.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
