Anti-NKG2D Antibody [1D11] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [1D11] antibody to NKG2D (FITC).

This antibody recognizes NKG2D, a 42 kDa C-type lectin-like activating receptor expressed by NK cells, gamma/delta T cells, and CD8+ T cells.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
