NSG1 expression in fetal Mouse Brain lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-NSG1 Antibody (A85054) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
NSG1 expression in primary DIV9 cells from Hippocampus E18 Rat embryos analyzed by immunocytochemistry. Staining was performed with Anti-NSG1 Antibody (A85054) at 3µg/ml. Note exclusive localization (red, Alexa 568) within the neurons (MAP2 in blue, Alexa 647) and not in the glia (GFAP in green, Alexa 488).
