Analysis of the unconjugated form of Anti-p53 Antibody [PAb122]. Protein integrity and purity were assessed by SDS–PAGE under reducing conditions.

The protein microarray results shown are representative of the unconjugated form of the Anti-p53 Antibody [PAb122] (CF®640R). Protein microarray analysis of more than 19,000 full-length human proteins was performed using the Anti-p53 Antibody [PAb122] (CF®640R). The Z-score reflects antibody binding intensity to each protein on the HuProt™ array and is expressed as the number of standard deviations above the mean array signal. The S-score represents the difference in Z-score between adjacent ranked proteins and provides a measure of target specificity. Antibodies with an S-score of at least 2.5 are considered highly specific for their intended target.
