This antibody recognizes Csk-binding protein (Cbp / PAG), a 46 kDa ubiquitously expressed transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane rafts (glycosphingolipid-enriched microdomains), which, however, migrates on SDS PAGE gels anomalously as an 80 kDa molecule.

Western blotting analysis of human PAG using Anti-PAG1 Antibody (A85825) on lysates of Daudi and Ramos cell line under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Nitrocellulose membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of rabbit anti-PAG monoclonal antibody followed by IRDye800-conjugated anti-rabbit secondary antibody. PAG was detected around 65 kDa.
