Anti-PI 3 Kinase p85 alpha (phospho Tyr467/Tyr199/Tyr464) Antibody (A91507)

PI 3 Kinase p85 alpha expression in lysates from wild type (WT) and 293T cells were transfected with SRC (Y530F) analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-PI 3 Kinase p85 alpha (Phospho Y467/Y199/Y464) Antibody (A91507) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

PI 3 Kinase p85 alpha expression in C2C12 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Hydrogen Peroxide (2 nM) at 37°C for 15 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-PI 3 Kinase p85 alpha (Phospho Y467/Y199/Y464) Antibody (A91507) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
