Western Blot - Anti-PKD (phospho Ser910) Antibody (A329752)

PKD expression in 293F cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with PMA/TPA (200 nM) at 37°C for 15 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-PKD (Phospho S910) Antibody (A329752) at a dilution of 1:4000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
