PREI3 expression in Human Frontal Cortex lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-PREI3 Antibody (A83023) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
PREI3 expression in Mouse (A) and Rat Brain lysate (B) analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-PREI3 Antibody (A83023) at 1µg/ml (A) or 0.3µg/ml (B) and detected by chemiluminescence.
PREI3 expression in Human Cerebral Cortex analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-PREI3 Antibody (A83023) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
