Western Blot - Anti-SNX1 Antibody (A82618)

SNX1 expression in HeLa (A) and U2OS (B) cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-SNX1 Antibody (A82618) at 1µg/ml (A) or 0.1µg/ml (B) and detected by chemiluminescence.
