Counterstain: Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain; DAPI (blue) nuclear stain at 1:1000; 1:5,000 for 60 minutes room temperature, 5 minutes room temperature. Localization: Cytoplasmic Vesicle, Nucleus.
