Specificity
This antibody recognises DNA JA3, also known as DNAJ homolog subfamily A member 3 or tumorous imaginal disc 1(TID1). DNAJA3 is a member of the DNAJ/Hsp40 protein family and as such contains a conserved DnaJ domain. Members of the DNAJ/Hsp40 family interact with and facilitate the activity of the Hsp70 family of molecular chaperones.
