Anti-Transferrin Receptor Antibody [ARC54396] (A308474)

Transferrin Receptor expression in HeLa cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-Transferrin Receptor Antibody (A308474) at a dilution of 1:10000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

Transferrin Receptor expression in human lung tissue analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, under high pressure. Staining was performed with Anti-Transferrin Receptor Antibody (A308474) at a dilution of 1:200.

Confocal imaging of HeLa cells using Anti-Transferrin Receptor Antibody (A308474) at a dilution of 1:200 (red). The cells were counterstained with CD44 Rabbit mAb at a dilution 1:200 (green). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Objective: 60x.
