Anti-YAP1 (phospho Ser397) Antibody (A305557)

YAP1 expression in various lysates analyzed by western blot. Both cell types were treated with Sorbitol (0.2M) at 37°C for 60 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-YAP1 (Phospho S397) Antibody (A305557) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.

YAP1 expression in HeLa cells (treated with CA) and HeLa cells (untreated) analyzed by immunofluorescence. Staining was performed with Anti-YAP1 (Phospho S397) Antibody (A305557) at a dilution of 1:100 followed by Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:500. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
