Reconstitute with 100 µl of distilled water. Further dilutions should be made in buffer containing a carrier protein such as 0.1% Bovine Serum Albumin. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. DO NOT VORTEX.

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGF beta 1) is a homodimeric protein that regulates the proliferation and differentiation of normal and transformed cells. TGF beta 1 is the most abundant isoform which is secreted by most cell types.
