The lanes contain: [Lane 1] protein standards, [Lane 2] 1 µg of Recombinant Human Peripherin Protein (A270574), [Lane 3] 1 µg of Recombinant Human alpha Internexin Protein (A270567), [Lane 4] 1 µg of Recombinant Human Vimentin Protein (A270578), and [Lane 5] 1 µg of Recombinant Human NF-L Protein (A270573). In each case the proteins run approximately 5 kDa slower than the native protein due to the addition of the His-tag and other vector-derived sequences.
