Serial diluted Anti-CD20 Humanized Antibody [Obinutuzumab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318814) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-CD20 Monoclonal Antibody binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human CD20 Protein (A318471) is 514.4 µg/ml.
