This antibody recognises the Fc region of rabbit immunoglobulin G, confirmed by ELISA and immunoelectrophoresis. The antibody has not been species cross adsorbed and may cross react with IgG from other species. It shows weak recognition of rabbit IgM in ELISA.Goat anti rabbit IgG antibody has been used successfully as a secondary detection reagent for rabbit primary antibodies using immunohistochemical techniques.
Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide.
Storage
Store undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze! Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
