Name
Anti-CD14 Antibody [MEM-15] (PE-Cyanine 7)
Description
Mouse monoclonal [MEM-15] antibody to CD14 (PE-Cyanine 7).
Specificity
This antibody reacts with CD14, a 53-55 kDa GPI-linked extracellular membrane glycoprotein expressed on monocytes, macrophages, and weakly on granulocytes. This antibody also reacts with soluble forms of CD14 found in serum and in the urine of some nephrotic patients.
Applications
Flow Cytometry
Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 4 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Reactivity
Human, Non-Human Primates
Immunogen
A crude mixture of human urinary proteins, precipitated by ammonium sulphate, from the urine of a patient suffering from proteinuria.
Host
Mouse
Clonality
Monoclonal
Clone ID
MEM-15
Isotype
IgG1
Conjugate

PE-Cyanine 7

Excitation: 565nm, Emission: 778nm

Purification
This antibody is conjugated with tandem dye PE-Cyanine 7 under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography; removing unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome.
