Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-PLK1 (phospho Thr210) Antibody [ARC1570] (A306423)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HT-29 cells, using Anti-PLK1 (phospho Thr210) Antibody [ARC1570] (A306423) at 1:1,000 dilution. HT-29 cells were treated by nocodazole (100 ng/ml) at 37°C for 16 hours. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 3min.
