Mouse monoclonal [SV5-Pk1] antibody to V5 Tag.

This antibody recognises the sequence IPNPLLGLD present on the P/V proteins of the paramyxovirus, SV5. Clone SV5-Pk1 is used to detect recombinant proteins, some of which include transmembrane and secreted proteins, that have labeled with tags containing this sequence (Randall et al.1993 and Zhao et al. 2005).
