Human Growth Hormone Anti-Drug Antibody ELISA Kit is an indirect ELISA that provides quantitative determination of antibodies targeting Growth Hormone in serum and plasma. Immobilized growth hormone captures anti-hGH antibodies, which are detected using enzyme-linked reagents and colorimetric measurement.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator (1.15 mg/mL), 10X 50 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored frozen at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Prior to assay, calibrators and test samples are diluted 1:100 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample to 495 µL of assay buffer. Mix well and use immediately. Do not store diluted samples.
