Human Growth Hormone ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Growth Hormone in serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human Growth Hormone ELISA Kit is an indirect sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of Growth Hormone in serum and plasma. Anti-GH antibodies coated on the microplate capture growth hormone from samples. A tagged secondary anti-GH antibody is added, followed by enzyme-linked detection reagent. Substrate conversion produces a colorimetric signal proportional to growth hormone concentration.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator (1 mg/mL), 20X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X secondary antibody, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Calibrators and test samples are diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix well prior to assay and do not store diluted samples.
