Human + Mouse + Rat Etanercept Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Etanercept levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Etanercept Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a direct sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of free etanercept targeting TNF alpha in serum and plasma. Etanercept present in samples binds to immobilized capture antibodies coated on the microplate. Following washing steps, an enzyme-linked anti-etanercept antibody is added for detection. Color development after substrate addition is proportional to etanercept concentration and is quantified against the calibrator curve.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin and stored frozen at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Calibrators and test samples should be diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample or calibrator to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix well prior to assay and do not store diluted samples.
