Human + Mouse + Rat Infliximab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Infliximab levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Infliximab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a direct sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of free infliximab targeting TNF alpha in serum and plasma. Anti-infliximab antibodies coated on the microplate capture infliximab from standards and samples. Detection is performed using an enzyme-linked anti-infliximab antibody specific to the Fc region of the molecule. Substrate conversion produces a colorimetric signal measured at 450 nm that is directly proportional to infliximab concentration.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator, 10X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 1000X 17 µL detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin anticoagulants and stored at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Calibrators and test samples are diluted 1:100 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of sample or calibrator to 495 µL of assay buffer. Mix well before use. Test samples may require additional dilution if concentrations are expected to exceed 2.5 µg/mL. Do not store diluted samples.
