Human + Mouse + Rat Natalizumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Natalizumab levels in human, mouse and rat serum and plasma.

Direct Sandwich (Quantitative)

Human + Mouse + Rat Natalizumab Pharmacokinetic ELISA Kit is a direct sandwich ELISA that provides quantitative determination of free natalizumab targeting EGFR in serum and plasma. Natalizumab is captured by immobilized anti-natalizumab antibodies on a 96-well microplate. After washing, an enzyme-linked detection antibody is added and colorimetric signal generated following substrate addition is proportional to natalizumab concentration calculated from the standard series.

This kit contains: A coated 96 well microtiter plate, 1.8 mL Calibrator diluent, 12 µL Calibrator, 10X 25 mL wash buffer, 50 mL Assay buffer, 17 µL 1000X detection reagent, 12 mL TMB, 12 mL TMB stop solution, 3 Plate sealers.

Samples should be collected as serum or plasma using EDTA or heparin and stored frozen at or below -20 °C for up to one year. Prior to assay, calibrators and test samples should be diluted 1:50 with assay buffer by adding 5 µL of prepared sample to 245 µL of assay buffer. Mix thoroughly and use immediately. Do not store diluted samples.
