Immunohistochemistry - Anti-AGRP Antibody (A83375)

AGRP expression in Human Hypothalamus analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was cryosectioned after PFA perfusion fixation, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6, at 80°C for 30 minutes. Staining was performed with Anti-AGRP Antibody (A83375) at 0.05µg/ml and revealed with a biotinylated Anti-goat secondary antibody, avidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and Ni-DAB.
