This antibody recognises aldosterone, a mineralocorticocoid hormone essential for sodium and potassium homeostasis. Mouse anti aldosterone antibody, clone 1-10.1 exhibits minimal reactivity with androstenedione, corticosterone, DHEA and desoxycortisol.
