AMPK alpha 1 + AMPK alpha 2 expression in C2C12 cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with mHGF(50ng/uL). Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-AMPK alpha 1 + AMPK alpha 2 (Phospho T183 & Phospho T172) Antibody [ARC62278] (A329115) at a dilution of 1:1000 and detected with chemiluminescence.
