IHC, IHC-P

HL-60 cells or breast carcinoma tissue.

Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1 µg/million cells in 100 µL, IF: 1-2 µg/mL, IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM Tris buffer containing 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes.

Human

No cross-reactivity with Mouse, Rat or Chicken. Cross-reactivity with other species has not been determined.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 408-439 (AEEQKLISEEDLLRKRREQLKHKLEQLRNSCA) of the C-terminal region of human c-Myc, conjugated to KLH.
