Mouse anti Rabbit CD45 antibody, clone L12/201 shows pan leucocyte reactivity by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry.Immunoprecipitation was achieved by cross linking antibody to the labelled cell surface yielding a protein migrating by gel electrophoresis at a molecular mass of ~200 kDa.
