Mouse monoclonal [FE1.10E9] antibody to CD8 alpha.

This antibody recognises the feline homolog of CD8 alpha and detects a broad band between 28-32 kDa by immunoprecipitation. CD8 exists as an alpha/beta heterodimer and is expressed on a subpopulation of T lymphocytes.

Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl
