Western Blot - Anti-CYP1A1 Antibody (A82489)

CYP1A1 expression in A549 (A) and MCF7 (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-CYP1A1 Antibody (A82489) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
