Anti-Integrin alpha 3 Antibody [ASC-1] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [ASC-1] antibody to Integrin alpha 3 (PE).

This antibody recognizes CD49c (integrin alpha 3), a transmembrane glycoprotein composed of disulfide linked 125 kDa and 30 kDa chains, and expressed on adherent cell lines and to a lesser extent on T and B cells and monocytes.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
