Anti-LAT (phospho Tyr171) Antibody (A89606)

Western blot analysis of extracts of Jurkat cells, using Anti-LAT (phospho Tyr171) Antibody (A89606) at 1:1,000 dilution. Jurkat cells were treated by Hydrogen Peroxide (2mM) for 2 minutes after serum-starvation overnight or treated by CD-3 (10 µg/ml) for 2 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 5s.
