Western Blot - Anti-Metnase Antibody (A83892)

Metnase expression in Daudi cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 12 hours with Anti-Metnase Antibody (A83892) at 2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
