Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Mu Opioid Receptor (phoshpo Thr376).
Specificity
This antibody binds specifically to the phosphorylated form of human Mu Opioid Receptor at residue Thr376. It detects phosphorylation induced by high- and low-efficacy agonists, as well as PKC activation, in Western blot analysis. Thr376 phosphorylation is associated with Mu Opioid Receptor desensitization, ß-arrestin recruitment, and tolerance. It supports detection in mouse brain tissue in vivo.

Analysis of Threonine376 phosphorylation of µ-Opioid Receptor (Mu Opioid Receptor). The anti-Mu Opioid Receptor (phospho Thr376) antibody (A334559) detects phosphorylation in response to high-efficacy agonists but not low-efficacy agonists or after PKC activation. Thr376 phosphorylation regulates Mu Opioid Receptor desensitization, ß-arrestin recruitment, and tolerance. The antibody detects phosphorylated Mu Opioid Receptor in mouse brain in vivo.
