Recombinant Anti-TIM 3 Antibody [DM83] - BSA and Azide free (A318624)

ELISA plates were pre-coated with Recombinant Human TIM 3 Protein (Fc Chimera 6xHis Tag) (A318378) at 2 µg/ml (100 µl/well) which can bind Anti-TIM 3 Antibody [DM83] - BSA and Azide free (A318624) in a linear range of 0.32-40 ng/ml.

Expi 293 cell line was transfected with irrelevant protein (A) and human TIM3 (B) were surface stained with Anti-TIM 3 Antibody [DM83] - BSA and Azide free (A318624) at 1µg/ml followed by Anti-Rabbit IgG Antibody (Alexa 488).

(A) Anti-TIM 3 Antibody [DM83] - BSA and Azide free (A318624) does not bind to 293T cells that do not express TIM3. (B) A clear peak shift of Anti-TIM 3 Antibody [DM83] - BSA and Azide free (A318624) was seen compared to the control when incubated with TIM3-expressing 8226 cells, indicating strong binding of Anti-TIM 3 Antibody [DM83] - BSA and Azide free (A318624) to TIM3. Antibodies were incubated at 10 µg/ml.
