AKT2 expression in 293F cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were treated with Calyculin A (50 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes following serum starvation overnight. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 25ug protein per lane with Anti-AKT2 (Phospho S474) Antibody (A329109) at a dilution of 1:900 and detected with chemiluminescence.
