Mouse monoclonal [ERBB2/2452] antibody to ErbB2 (Biotin).
Applications
Flow Cytometry, IF, IHC, IHC-P
Positive Control
SKBR-3 cells or breast cancer tissue.
Dilutions
IHC-P: 1-2 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. For IHC-P, heat-induced epitope retrieval is recommended using 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling to room temperature for 20 minutes. Directly conjugated primary antibodies may require higher working concentrations than indirect detection systems.

The protein microarray results shown are representative of the unconjugated form of the Anti-ErbB2 Antibody [ERBB2/2452] (Biotin). Protein microarray analysis of more than 19,000 full-length human proteins was performed using the Anti-ErbB2 Antibody [ERBB2/2452] (Biotin). The Z-score reflects antibody binding intensity to each protein on the HuProt™ array and is expressed as the number of standard deviations above the mean array signal. The S-score represents the difference in Z-score between adjacent ranked proteins and provides a measure of target specificity. Antibodies with an S-score of at least 2.5 are considered highly specific for their intended target.
