Western Blot - Anti-PRAS40 (phospho Thr246) Antibody (A89947)

Western blot analysis of HeLa, using Anti-PRAS40 (phospho Thr246) Antibody (A89947) at 1:400 dilution. HeLa cells were treated by Insulin (100 nM) at 37°C for 5 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 45s.
