PRAS40 expression in HeLa cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour on 30ug protein per lane with Anti-PRAS40 (Phospho T246) Antibody (A329772) at a dilution of 1:8100 and detected with chemiluminescence.
