Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SSTR2.
Specificity
This antibody binds specifically to the C-terminal region of human SSTR2, detecting the canonical non-phosphorylated SST2A isoform, but not the SST2B splice variant. It is suitable for Western blot analysis, enables immunoprecipitation from tissue lysates, supports immunohistochemistry in cultured cells and tissue sections, and exhibits cross-reactivity with human, mouse, and rat species. It is validated using siRNA-mediated knockdown (KO-Validated).
